We know that, for our Partners, getting started with music is the easy bit – its keeping going that’s harder. So, we launched the Motivation Scheme in 2019 as an umbrella home for all the support activities our Partners can access to keep their momentum up.

Promoting agency for vulnerable adults

The Fields, a residential home for adults with learning disabilities, utilised their pilot skill-sharing project to give staff new tools to provide person-centred care, helping them to engage with the people they work with, and to promote their independence and decision-making.
