    Hosted by our partners at Fundatia de Sprijin Comunitar (Bacau), this training event focused on guiding 19 of our Local Partners’ consideration of the Role of Boundaries in Therapeutic Work with Music, particlarly in relation to working with challenging behaviour.

  • Support visit: Pentru Voi (Timisoara) 2008

    We returned to our partners at Pentru Voi (Timisoara) to provide professional support and guidance to strengthen their use of music in their new Day centre, ‘Ladislau Tacsi’ and to help a pervious training participant establish music in a new care setting, Podul Lung.

  • Follow-up visit: Complexul de Servicii Comunitare Pentru Copilul cu Handicap (Sibiu) 2007

    We returned to spend one week with our partners at Complexul de Servicii Comunitare Pentru Copilul cu Handicap and at the Day Centre run by a local non-governmental organisation, Casa Luminii (Sibiu) to support their continued use of music following our introductory training the previous year. Sharing successes, developing practice and troubleshooting.

  • Support visit: Constanta 2006

    Romania

    We returned to our partners at Centru de Recuperare si Reabilitare Neuropsihiatrica (Techirghiol), Centru de Recuperare si Reabilitare (Negru Voda) and Complex de Servicii Comunitar “Cristina” (Constanta). This visit was to provide supervision for team members in relation to their current practice, to provide additional training in response to requests from the team and to nurture a local network through which our partners might support each other’s work with music.
