Getting a music project started is often the easy bit – it can be keeping going that is hard. This short guide looks at how partners can use their standard Follow-Up Visit, 3-6 months post-training, to boost their music sessions.

Key to preparing for an Introductory Training Project is deciding who to train and thinking through the practicalities of their involvement. This short guide supports managers in this process, and advises them on how to make space for staff to be able to participate fully.

Participating in training and learning new skills can be daunting. This short guide has been designed to give partners an idea of what will be involved in their Introductory Training Project, and what they can hope to achieve.

In 2019/20 we invited all our international Partners to complete a survey to tell us about their work with music and give us insight into the true impact of our training projects. This report has been compiled to champion local achievements, our Partners’ pride in their work and the impact of their music sessions.

በ 2019/20 ተባባሪዎቻችንን ይህንን ጠቀሜታ እና ስለ ሥራቸውም እንዲገልፁልን ቅኝት እንዲያሟሉልን መጠየቃችን ይታወሳል። የተባባሪዎቻችንን ስኬታማነት፣ በሥራቸው የሚሰማቸውን ኩራት እና የሙዚቃ ክፍለ ጊዜ ያለውን ጠቀሜታ የሚገልፅ ሪፖርት አዘጋጅተናል።

2019/2020 წლებში ყველა ჩვენს საერთაშორისო პარტნიორს ვთხოვეთ შეევსოთ კითხვარი, მათი მუსიკასთან მუშაობის შესახებ და გაგვეგო მეტი ტრენინგების პროექტების ნამდვილი გავლენის შესახებ. ჩვენ შევადგინეთ ანგარიში ადგილობრივი მიღწევების, ჩვენი პარტნიორების საამაყო მუშაობის და მუსიკალური სესიების გავლენების პროპაგანდისთვის.

În 2019/20, i-am invitat pe toți partenerii noștri internaționali să completeze un sondaj pentru a ne spune despre munca lor cu muzica și pentru a ne oferi informații despre adevăratul impact al proiectelor noastre de formare. Am intocmit un raport pentru a susține realizările locale, mândria partenerilor noștri în munca lor și impactul sesiunilor lor de muzică.
