Elsa joined the team in 2021 as UK Programme Assistant, before stepping into the role of UK Programme Coordinator in 2023. Elsa’s wide-ranging responsibilities include overseeing the coordination, delivery and development of our UK-based activities, including Partner liaison and engagement, marketing and fundraising.

Elsa has a degree in music and previous experience in community and education projects seeking to widen participation in music.
