Happy Diwali to our Local Partners in Hyderabad!
We are excited to see the start of another Introductory Training Project, which is being delivered by music therapist Nina Cherla in Hyderabad, India. Nina is working with 4 teachers from the Shraddha Center for Special Education, looking at ways in which they can run music groups for the 120 children (aged 5-15 years) with disabilities who attend the school. It is great to have the support of the school’s principal Mrs Rekha Kumar and its founder Mrs Sridevi, and the enthusiasm of the participating teachers.
You can find out more about the Shraddha Centre on Shankar Foundation Facebook page.
