We are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to support our team as we work to develop and deliver music training projects to care practitioners worldwide. This role is part-time and office-based (16 hours per week) at our London office. 

The Administrator is responsible for all the charity’s administration at an organisational level, with significant financial administration responsibilities and responsibilities relating to the administration of aspects of our project delivery and fundraising. The Administrator has additional responsibilities for fulfilling the charity’s governance needs and ensuring the organisation and its team members are compliant with the charity’s policies. The Administrator will work closely with the Director, the Trustees and all the friendly team, as well as linking with freelance contractors and volunteers.

The successful candidate will have proven administration experience and have a particular interest in financial administration.  We are seeking someone who is proficient in MS Office, and has strong organisational and problem-solving skills. A charitable mindset and strong communication skills (both verbal and written) are also important.
